Grazie Jillian, che mi ha fatto conoscere anche il metodo Inklingo. Si può fare quilting stampando il tessuto con qualsiasi stampante a getto di inchiostro. Non occorrono più le stecche di misurazione, i patterns o altri strumenti speciali. Non ho ancora sperimentato, ma sembra davvero interessante.

Thank you Jillian. Now I know about Inklingo method. You can easy quilting: print templates on fabric with any ordinary Inkjet printer. Eliminate measuring, templates and special tools. I haven't tried yet, but I will, it is very interesting.

Passione cioccolata! Chocolate passion!

Era da un po' di tempo che volevo cimentarmi con questo tortino dal cuore fondente al cioccolato, dalla preparazione semplice, ma che mi ha dato dei problemini con la cottura. Alla fine sono riuscita a trovare la durata e la temperatura di cottura ottimale. Il risultato ottenuto mi ha davvero soddisfatta.

It was a bit of time I wanted to try this chocolate fondant cake. It was easy to prepare, but  I got some troubles with the cooking. I finally managed to get the right temperature and cooking time.The result really satisfied me.

Torta Angelica per Natale - Torta Angelica for Christmas

Oggi mi sono data alla pasticceria, una mia grande passione. Ho visto la torta angelica e non ho resistito.

 

 

Today I have baked, my great passion. I saw " torta angelica"and I could not resist. 

E' venuta benissimo, che ne dite?

Non l'ho ancora assaggiata, ma credo davvero sia molto buona.

E' davvero perfetta come centrotavola per Natale.

 

 

The result is good, isn't it?

I have not tasted it yet, but I truly believe it is very good.
It is really perfect as centerpiece for Christmas.
